ARTICLE 8. THE LESSEE AGRRES THAT ANY STRUCTURAL ALTERATIONS WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF THE LESSOR.
THE LESSOR AGREES THAT ANY ITEM THAT IS NOT A PERMANENT FIXTURE AND CAN BE REMOVED IS THE PROPERTY OF THE LESSEE. INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO AIR CONS, FURNITURE, BEDDING, UTENSILS, WHITE WARE, ALL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT INCLUDING EXTRACTOR FANS. A PERMANENT FIXTURE IS DEFINED AS NECESSARY FOR THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE BUILDING.
