On course [IRB 4585] Cooperative Education in the Restaurant Business and Field Trip: Work Integrated Learning is the last course of the Restaurant Business Program of International College, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (SSRUIC).
The Bachelor of Arts in Restaurant Business of SSRUIC is designed to prepare graduates to step into numerous mid-level service management positions. As an internship with Novotel Phuket Resort. During the internship period, the students could work with one of two department: KC (Kitchen Department), F&B (Food and beverage service). I was trainee as F&B department, this department is responsible for Food and beverage service.
I am most gratefully acknowledge on my host supervisor of Coffee House Restaurant at Novotel Phuket Resort, Mrs. Thanaporn Keasornpan and other persons who provided me much knowledge involved with the working's experience they always support my work all the times while I'm working as a student trainee.
The last, I feel impress in my work place and my internship because I was receive the good times with Staff and guests. I gained a lot of process in my duty and can improve more knowledge that I never met before all of experience will be very useful in the future.
