I want to keep you informed of the progress:
since I live on Koh Samui and bought the product at Home Pro here on the island I brought it back to them on Friday June 26. (They had sent the product for repair already before in April.) They said they would contact me in one day but I have not heard from them since. I do not know if they sent the product back to the service center.
I am still waiting for their response.
