We would like to inform all concerned Departments- FP, CA, HR and FN about the WBCSD SMP 2.0 Bangkok Project proposal by Sustainable Mobility Planing Dept. has been approved by all approvals&controllers and President finally as attached.


Due to the total project expenses are in-charged by TMT and TMC base on the frame work and service agreement for additional FY2015 budget as listed
At SM Dept. 7,710,000 Baht ( for school shuttle bus works, conference, public relation activity, WBCSD conference attendance fee)
At CA Dept. 800,000 Baht ( for entertainment 400,000 Baht and IT&communication 500,000 Baht)
At HR Dept. 1,450,000 Baht ( for oversea travelling expense)
Total 9,960,000 Baht
(Note :- HR directly prepares for salary and welfare 11,579,369 Baht,
- Reference with 3.01 Yen = 1 Baht)

In order to keep TMT interest, we have to proceed reimbursement to TMC. Reference with Okayama San's information, TMT will reimburse to TMC after project completed. Therefore we have to keep all documents for further reimbursement with TMC.

เราอยากแจ้งให้ทุกหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง - FP , CA , HR และองค์การสหประชาชาติเกี่ยวกับจาก SMP 2.0 กรุงเทพโครงการ โดยฝ่ายที่ยั่งยืน แผนได้รับการอนุมัติจากทั้งหมด&ควบคุมและอนุมัติประธานาธิบดีในที่สุด

ที่แนบมาเนื่องจากค่าใช้จ่ายในโครงการทั้งหมดอยู่ในค่าใช้จ่ายและโดย TMT TMC ฐานในกรอบและข้อตกลงการให้บริการงบประมาณ fy2015 เพิ่มเติมตามที่จดทะเบียน
ที่ SM ฝ่าย 7710000 บาท ( สำหรับโรงเรียนรถบัสรับส่งงาน การประชุม การประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรม จากการเข้าร่วมประชุมค่า )
ที่ CA ฝ่าย 800000 บาท ( เพื่อความบันเทิง 400000 บาทและ &การสื่อสาร 500000 บาท )
3 ที่ฝ่าย HR ,000 บาท ( ในต่างประเทศ 9960000 บาทรวมค่าเดินทาง )

( หมายเหตุ : HR โดยตรง เตรียม สำหรับเงินเดือนและสวัสดิการ 11579369 บาท
- อ้างอิงกับ 3.01 เยน = 1 บาท )

เพื่อให้ TMT ดอกเบี้ย เราต้องดำเนินการคืนเพื่อประเทศไทย . อ้างอิงกับข้อมูลภายในซาน , TMT จะใช้คืนโดยหลังจากโครงการแล้วเสร็จดังนั้น เราต้องเก็บเอกสารการเบิกจ่ายต่อไป กับ TMC .
