we used our methodology to analyze ford's exposure to supply chain disruptions. working together with Keith W.Combs,steve j.Faraci,Oleg Y.Gusikhin,and Don x.Zhang,managers in Ford's purchasing and r&d groups, we looked at two scenarios.In the first,the supplier's production facility is disrupted for two weeks. In the second,the supplier's tooling must be replaced,halting operations at its facility for eight week.
