3. Results and discussion
3.1. Extraction of berries and solid-phase extraction of the crude
extracts
Among most fruits of common use, the chosen berries are distinctive
with their anthocyanin content (Wu et al., 2006). This
determined our choice in chokeberry, elderberry, black currant,
blackberry and blueberry as anthocyanin sources. The characteristics
