Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha turned up to vote in the charter referendum at polling unit No. 12 in Samsen Nai area in Phaya Thai district of Bangkok on Sunday morning. Gen Prayut was 171st on thevoting list. After casting his ballot at about 9.10am, Gen Prayut called for all eligible voters to turn up at polling units near their homes before 4pm. He reiteriated that since the referendum result
would decide the country's future, all should have a part in making history so as to get a democracy which is of international standard. "Don't be afraid of rain. The more it rains, the more people should turn out to use their right," Gen Prayut said.
