Below is another claim from our customer who has been complained by consumers from July to now. Customer internal QA also tested the cap we delivered to them on Nov. I summarize as below.
4 claim from consumers during July - Nov: Pulloff ring was broken were found after cap was opened
Customer QA internal lab tests in Nov.: 3 cases were identified the same issue as consumers complained above.
The order number customer QA tested is PO #0913005564. They are all in mold #7 (7-1, 7-21).
Existing inventory of PO #0913005564 has 9 pallets left. Another PO#0913005565 in our warehouse has 2 pallets in Mold #6, and remaining 18 pallets are in Mold #7. We will exchange with customer for mold #6 in order to solve the problem first. However, please urgently investigate why mold #7 has such issue and feedback to Nick & Mark for your solution asap.
