Most FA-Glu analyses were performed by ModularGenetics, Inc. Thermo Scientific cela UHPLC system coupled to a Thermo Scientific ion trap mass spectrometer with an ESI probe [1]. Chromatography was done on a Thermo Scientific C-18 Hypersil Gold column (50 mm x 2.1 mm, particle size 1.9 pm) at 25 a flow rate of 0.6 mLmin-1 with the mobile phases (A) DI-water t and (B) acetonitrile, both containing 1% (v/v) of acetic acid. Elution was with the following gradient: 0-0.5 min, 100% A: min. t B: min, 40% B-100% B, hold for 0.5 min, then 1-2.5 re-equilibration for 1.5 min.
