All 12 respondents felt that the clinic had addressed their needs and
they had had the opportunity to talk about issues that were important to them.
Six respondents who had completed the holistic assessment had found it useful.
Four had not been asked to complete it because they had been distressed at the time.
Two patients did not respond. Patients were able to add free comments about the clinic
in response to any of the questions in the questionnaire, some of which are shown in Box 1.
