2. Please check & confirm back the IP address and Network configuration are ready to remote, 2 machines need to be connected in network by 10:00 A.M. BKK time, Monday.
DTMD Finger print machine IP address:
Issue machine: 10.2.10.222
Back up machine: 10.2.10.11
Solution plan:
1. DTMD prepare finger print machines and network connection, then inform back to Corp IT for starting remote.
2. Eagle team will remote to configure and transfer data from “Issue machine” into “Backup machine”
3. Once completed, Corp IT will inform DTMD IT back to check & verify result.
4. DTMD update back the result, close ticket.
