Job Summary
This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining travel agent accounts, booking transient and/or group business on all types of accounts including conducting customer interviews, preparing and executing acting plans and negotiating rates, contracts and closing.
Able to establish and maintain a high level of proficiency and professionalism in sales to ensure maximum results in obtaining profitable sales for accommodation, food and beverage and other hotel facilities in the hotel.
Experience
Five or more years managerial experience in a strong retail brand overseas, and has experience in Thai luxury lifestyle brand. Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is acceptable.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree required.
Be able to contact with all levels of personnel within the hotel and with the hotel guests.
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with the customers at all level.
Special Skills
The incumbent should possess very strong interpersonal, computer and selling skills. Must participate and successfully complete training and educational programs made available to COMO Point Yamu, Phuket Hosts.
Languages
English with ability to communicate clearly and knowledges as well as abilities in other languages would be beneficial.Sound understanding of manpower management
