I spend running is refreshing, relaxing, rejuvenating and peaceful.
If I’m working on an issue, I find that with each step, my mind files away the good stuff, tosses the junk, and organizes what’s really important. After the run, my mental “inbox” is cleaned out, my head left clear, my thoughts sharp, and my disposition agreeable.
