The purpose of this study was to test measurement and path models of the socialcognitive model of college satisfaction with focus on the career development domain.Two measures of satisfaction were included:(a) satisfaction with personal career development (i.e., major/career decisions,completing academic requirements, acquiring skills that will enable career success) and (b) satisfaction with the availability ofresources provided by the institution tofacilitate successful career development. The study will focus on the psychometricproperties of the measures that were developedspecifically for this study, in addition to the fit of the measurement and path models.
