3. Subject to terms of Xn Hotel Systems Ltd Sale Agreement.
4. All Prices exclusive of GST, witholding tax or other related taxes and ex shipping costs of hardware and hardware related.
5. All travel including round trip car mileage, airfare, transfers, accommodation, all meals (per diem), Broadband internet relating to Installation team & Project Manager to customers account.
6. Help Desk / Telephone Support arrangement subject to Xn Hotel Systems Support Level Agreement. Protel and Xn supplied updates included as internet deployed service.
7. This proposal is based on accuracy of information provided by the property(s) / customer and is subject to alteration for any material variations.
8. Payment terms for support & maintenance fees: Billed quarterly in advance as at live date of each module.
9. Invoices presented to the Customer / Client shall be in USD on a tax invoice, payable within 30 days from date of invoice
10. Any required Microsoft or Network utility licenses as shown are to be provided by customer (including server and client operating systems, terminal services and the like).

8 เงื่อนไขการชำระเงินเพื่อสนับสนุน&การบำรุงรักษาค่าธรรมเนียม :เรียกเก็บเงินรายไตรมาสล่วงหน้าณวันที่ของแต่ละโมดูล .
