Refer to services hiring from vendors, agreement/contract required must be drafted to K.Wimit for review prior to perform the services. The draft agreement/contract is better made in soft file as it's convenient and save time to amend it.
So, before taking the service, please:
1. Request draft agreements/contracts from vendors in soft file first. If they cannot provide, hard copy is the second choice. (Do not ask for hard copy at the beginning.)
2. Roughly review the draft agreement/contract on your own before forwarding to K.Wimit as he will get back to to you for more information. While reviewing, please focus on correct, cut & clear terms and good benefit to TET and revise it if any. This will improve your work efficiency.
For accommodation service agreement/contract a diplomatic clause should be added e.g. "in case of stay longer than 8 months (12 months term) but the lessee has to leave before expiry of the agreement/contract due to new assignment, risk of political crisis, unforeseen situation e.g. critical sick, death and resign etc., fine & penalty should be exempted and the guarantee money should be not be forfeited or otherwise forfeited at one month."
Any one of you can make your own draft agreement/contract that is reasonable and suit to TET and send to K.Wimit for kind advice/finalization, then apply it to all vendors. You may have to draft few types of agreement/contract to cover services we regularly use.
3. Try to finalize the service agreements/contracts w/t vendors at minimum time. Influence them to agree w/t us as we are client; and inform them that agreement/contract is strictly required for our payment preparation. The fastest we finalize it, the fastest they can receive money.
In case any vendors, those selected from PM/DM/end user, disagree w/t us especially on clauses & terms as general/standard practice and take high benefit from us, another vendors should be considered instead as TET's benefit & safety is priority. So, well information/explanation must be informed to those involved accordingly.
