Our research consists of three objectives. One objective is to
examine the impacts of two forms of ethics institutionalization,
explicit and implicit (Singhapakdi and Vitell, 2007), on lower-order
and higher-order QWL (Sirgy et al., 2001) of Thai HR managers. The
second objective is to examine the impacts of the two aspects of QWL
on some important job-related outcomes of Thai HR managers,
namely, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and team spirit.
Our third objective is to examine the direct impacts of the two forms
of ethics institutionalization on these job-related outcomes.
