All studies reviewed were conducted in a single
country. The USA was the most researched country. Out
of 56 studies, 34 were conducted in the USA. However,
the number of studies from Asia was not negligible. Eight
studies were conducted in Taiwan, three in South Korea,
and one in Hong Kong. This demonstrates the growing
importance of online marketing in Asia. Seven papers
researched particular European countries, two researched
Canada, and one researched Australia.
