This appendix is to be added to the lease agreement as following contents:
“In case The Tenant is compelled to leave Thailand due to the unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances beyond his control or in case on building is constructed, disturb the tenant customer can move out but. The Tenant would be able to terminate the lease agreement prior to the expiry date of lease agreement by giving The Landlord a written notice with an evidence proof from his employer at least 30 (Thirty) days in advance as below condition.
1. In case of stay less than 8 months, deposit will be refunded 1 month only.
2. In case of stay less than 4 months, deposit will not refundable.
This appendix is made in duplicate, in witness whereof, the two parties have hereunder affixed their signatures.
