I think that the main reason for this overeating is because he eats in the morning, and then doesn't eat until around 5 so that probably makes him really hungry. In the morning he eats really big breakfasts, like either 6 slices of french toast with PB, jam, maple syrup, honey, cheese, etc or 15 crepes filled with these ingredients, plus at least two cups of milk. Then in the evening he eats around 300 calories worth of starch plus 600 calories worth of meat, followed by two big slices of white bread with honey or jam. Recently he read some sort of study that says nuts are really good for you, so he eats about a bowl of nuts a day. Then in the evening he's usually hungry again so he eats a bowl of cereal with milk or another sandwich. He also likes to snack a lot on chocolates and snacks.
How do I tell my Dad that he should lose weight?
