The customers with the family members of six and more would consider the product distribution and the personnel statistically differently at the .01 level of significance from those having family members of 2 to 4 persons.The consumers residing in an urban area and outside an urban area would consider the personnel statistically different at .01 level of significance. For the customers with different gender,they did not have different opinion toward the three important strategies and that they would purchase the Amway products because they believed in their quality. They would also purchase the products when there were discount sales or special premiums.And when they used up the products,they would purchase again.
