Thank you for your reply. I don't have a receipt. I don't think anyone keeps KFC receipts as most people would make their purchase, take the product home, and eat it. However, I can tell you quite a lot - for example, I bought the products at approx 7.20/7.30pm on Thursday the 21st of May - I ordered your special offer number 3 which, consisted of two pieces of chicken, french fries, and two small chicken legs for a cost of 120 baht. In addition i ordered a coffee float at 59 baht (for which I got co-co or something like that - but NOT coffee) There were three people (two girls behind the counter and a young boy in the kitchen section - all of whom I can still point out to you). The transaction was conducted on the middle of three cash registers and as, there were only six customers in the place and with the time being recorded would be very easy to trace.
The total owed to me would be 179 baht. I must say I am not complaining just to get the money back but, because it was a horrible experience which, left me without food until the next day!
I can return to your branch almost any time that is convenient to you but, would like to meet with a senior manager to describe in full what it tasted like rather that try and explain to a little boy or girl
