The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff were so helpful in helping me make calls to find my lost credit card, and giving directions and answering any and all questions. The cleaning ladies were wonderful and always smiling, and the free breakfasts (3 choices) were very satisfying. We got complementary bottled water every day, that we could store in our mini fridge. Such a lifesaver. Laundry is 30-40baht - super cheap compared to most places. One small downside was that the air conditioning was a bit loud and and too cold at night, even on the lowest setting. Also, it's a bit far from the old city. On the other hand, it's closer to the river which is lovely to walk along. They provide free bikes which makes it easy to get places, and it's fairly easy to catch a tuk tuk to wherever. We paid double the price for a similar room in the old city, with a very meagre breakfast and no other freebies, so it was refreshing to move to Phusiri Place get away from tourist central and rewind for a bit. One of the staff dropped us off at the train station on his way to another errand, which was also a lifesaver. Overall it was a great experience, especially for the amazing price, and I'd stay there again!
