chicken sliced to a medium size 1 cup
potatoes slice to a small pice 1 cup
daikon slice to a small piece 1 cup
celery slice 1 tablespoon
onion slice 2 tablespoon
tofu slice 1 cup
mushrooms slice 1 cup
cheese 1 tablespoon
ginger mushed 1 teaspoon
mirin 1 tablespoon
sake 1 tablespoon
sugar 1 teaspoon
Curry Roux 1 box
soup 4 cup
Japanese Food : Preparation of Curry Nabe
Prepare a pot and then boil soup, mirin, sake, sugar and ginger in a pot.
Put chicken, potato, daikon, celery, onion, mushrooms and tofu in to a pot. boil it around 10 minute.
Put curry roux boil it around 5 minute. and then serve in a bowl.
