We immediately look into this matter promptly and found that the box that we have sent you are in good condition and checked by the Quality Control Department, as you can see by the sticker which attached on the box.
Anyway, we will give you more details about the freight forwarder the shipment procedure and will claim this if happened by that.
We will send you the new 3 items without payment and will be reached as soon as possible.
