Introduction
Headwear is one of necessary summer accessories to protect wearers’ heads and faces from sunlight and its UV rays, especially baseball caps which are trendy regardless of age or gender. They are both usually light and comfortable and also very portable whether the wearers want to carry them around in order to be protected when the harmful sunlight comes. During wearing the caps, the protected facial skins will be less moisturized and damaged, so that the caps can help decreasing a chance of several skin problem, such as wrinkles. Moreover, fashionable caps might make the wearers flamboyant in style, increasing other advantages in their social appearance. However, in Mae Fah Luang University, the caps that are being sold officially inside the campus store are obviously old fashioned whereas their price is rather high. These probably prevent them from being sold. Therefore, the objectives of this paper are to develop an alternative product to replace the outdated one and to create strong customer loyalty towards Mae Fah Luang products.
