In the case event Buyer does not accept transfer of Title to the aforementioned “Condominium Unit” on the designated registration date of transfer without notification given to “Seller” at least 15 days in advance and written consent has not been given by “Seller” , then, it shall be deemed that “Buyer” is in breach of agreement and “Seller” is entitled to immediately terminate this agreement and seize all monies paid by “Buyer”
