An acrochordon is a small benign tumor, also know as a skin tag, which forms primarily in areas where the skin forms creases, such as the neck, armpit and groin. Acrochorda are harmless, are typically painless and usually do not grow or change over time. They can appear in both women and men and in people of all ages. Skin tags are usually surgically removed. However, there are some natural remedies which can help to remove them at home and to avoid surgery.
