Your teammate, Wittaparlurt C (Boo) has attended the “Learning to lead my next training session” (AAF) training on April 20th - 21st at Bangna office,
here are the objectives of the training:
Learn to lead a training session
Know how to get my trainees to participate
The training topics were the followings :-
Pre-communication of a session
Opening of a session
SAVI
Identify quality of trainer
Reactivation of a session
Managing a group
Discover new tools
Closing of a session
Practice
During the training, Wittaparlurt took some commitments, thank you to take few minutes during your next Individual Decision Meeting, to help him to reach his commitments:
I will train all Artengo team members for 3 times per year.
I will train all team members in Rama 4 about layout 3 times per year.

In consequence, I and Tony do not validate Wittaparlurt on this time. BUT we are confident that Wittaparlurt has the potentiality to be a trainer!
We would like to suggest :
1. Have good preparation before training (objective, agenda and conclusion).
2. Change way of training by practicing more than giving the information.
3. Practice on filed with his store manager or Pairoj to let him more confident.
4. Attend AAF training (only role play on 2nd day) after 3 months
