We are concerned about the credit card overcharge you experienced at the Twin Towers hotel during your guest visit. We are writing to thank you for taking time to bring this matter to account attention.
First of all, we would explain that there were three booking which consisted of booking number FMCZHG, 7LM48I and M6AK34 staying our hotel room humber 1608. 1610 and 1607 in respectively.
During guest checked out, our Front Office Cashier staff made mistake by use credit card of reference number M6AK34 for settlement accommodation bill of booking number 7LM48I as well. That means, the credit card was overcharged through reference number M6AK34. Therefore, Orbitz would like the hotel cancelled for this overcharged and will do the correctl charge or accept the previous condition.
