The objective of this study was to investigate the
performance of the OnVuTM TTI under dynamic temperature
conditions simulating real chilled fish distribution
chain scenarios. The work aimed at testing the
possibility of extending the application of the mathematical
approach of Kreyenschmidt et al. (2010), developed
for specific temperature range of isothermal conditions
from 2 to 15 C, under low temperature conditions as
they are usually practiced in the fresh fish chain.
