This biochemical technique is sensitive and reliable,
and could be applied to antioxidant activities affected by high-fat
feedstuffs (Behgar et al., 2009) such as PKM. Moreover, while rapid
growth of reared fish is desired, negative impacts on their carcass
and muscle compositions (Thongprajukaew et al., 2011) or themuscle
quality of consumed fish should be avoided.
