I guess you saw the email from Ashwin (Oil State Piper). Yes, please help us do investigation for root cause so we can know if it’s a recurring issue, similar to SCC/833 see enclosed. During the visit perhaps you can also help to find out what is the handling method, testing process and if the test air is clean.
Btw do you still keep the damage O-ring under SCC/833? Could you please return all damage O-ring collected under SCC/833 & SCC/846 to Singapore so that we can sent over to Emerson for their investigation.
