I will be happy to help you in canceling the return order number but I need you to provide some of the mandatory documents to process your request. Please provide the below: 1. Photo of the swollen KBB placed on the Return label. 2. At least one close-up photo that shows swollen/damaged battery. 3. A Photo that shows the IMEI/MEID number engraved on the unit's back housing.
