This is to remind you of the training needs and development survey which has been sent to you on Oct 12, 2015. Please send back the data to Human Resources Dept. within November 2, 2015 so that we will use the data for making yearly training plan.

2. Production dept.
3. QA dept.
4. Engineering dept.
5. ISO committee
6. Safety committee
7. Energy management committee
Things to be input in the training needs and development survey form:
- Course name
- Training and development objectives
- Advantage of the course
- Name of person who is to attend the training
- Position
- Type of training
Types of training courses:
1. 2016 Training and development courses for employees (Training topics are decided by each dept.)
Objectives:
- To increase efficiency in working and to aim at successful target of each dept.
2. 2016 seminar courses (Seminar topics are annually set by government offices. However, the seminar date is not fixed.)
Objectives:
- To share knowledge and make clear of the knowledge to those who attend the seminar. This will result in efficiency in practices related to the seminar topics.
For examples, Decreasing accidents from working, How to handle wastes according to standard of Industrial Estates and including Rules, guidelines and regulations that have been updated to each responsible topic of each dept.
