Similar ideasof offloading the cellular traffic and facilitating the message delivery through the combination of cellular network and ICMN have been extensively discussed recently, such as [3], [7], [8]. In [8], a demo system to facilitate Twitterlike services was implemented and it was concluded that the ignorance of the limited bandwidth yields a performance gap between some former theoretical results and the real system. In our paper, we are to propose some analytical methods to derive the system performance with the limitation considered. In [7], the optimization problem to minimize the usage of cellular systems while satisfying the transmission expiration time was proposed, but the trajectories of nodes were assumed. [3] designed the data offloading algorithms to maximize the amount of traffic that can be offloaded. However, it ignored the resultant delay performance of the delivered messages.
