I'm OK for option 1 which is the our standard structure. I just need to ensure our technician level salary still not lower than external standard, because I'm looking in future if our technician salary standard structure lower than external standard that is limit to hire the high experience technician to work with TOTL or we need to regrade the expectation for accept to suitable with TOTL standard structure.
Might be we should be have survey yearly for technician salary standard structure to compare between our standard to external standard.
