It is good that the apart 43 accepted and paid the maintenance fees 2014 and 2015 without the 4100 penalties as the Board Committee suggested at the last Board meeting
Of course this agreement is EXCEPTIONAL due to the confusion after the court, because when the the co owner paid last month he thought that 2014 and 2015 were already added and included. Also they paid the total amount fixed by the judge where already a lot of amount of penalties were included means as discussed it was fair to do this agreement.
This agreement is exceptional It cannot be proposed to other ones
For the accounting on the original invoice you have to notify that the price was discounted of the penalties and indicated the new amount and on the receipt it has to be the price of the invoice indicating the discount of the penalties
Means the amount of the invoice has to be the same that the receipt given to the co owner and the amount received at the bank.
