i spook to Mr.Thormann and we think the best solution is to send the drive to Germany and we check the drive. You have no experience to repair or test the drive. At my visit I saw that no cable connected to the drive and the cabinet was in a bad Condition. Please understand that we can´t help you per E-Mail or Phone to make a retrofit or reinstall a complete machine like this. Our Service team can support you if there is problems on the drive or motor, but not for reinstall. I ask for understanding.
