Also, I’ve issued 3 song credits to your account for the inconvenience this has caused you. You can use the credits to buy 3 songs of your choice from the iTunes Store.
Follow these steps to see your song credits in iTunes on your computer:
1. Open iTunes.
2. Choose Store > Sign Out.
3. Choose Store > Sign In (signing out and then signing back in refreshes your account information).
4. Enter your Apple ID and password.
5. From the iTunes toolbar at the top of the screen, select iTunes Store.
Your song credits will be listed in the upper-right corner of the iTunes window.
Follow these steps to see your iTunes song credits on your iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch:
1. Tap iTunes.
2. From the bottom toolbar, tap Music.
3. Scroll to the bottom.
Just below your Apple ID, you’ll see your song credits listed.
When you buy your next song from iTunes, we’ll automatically use the song credit for payment.
Note: The price listed to the right of a song is the individual song price. The price shown below the album cover is the cost of the entire album. Song credits can’t be used for buying gifts or for buying songs that are listed as Album Only.
