A questionnaire is developed primarily on the basis of a general review of the relevant literature. It is designed to collect information about how the Thai university students learn and memorize English vocabulary. The questionnaire was administered by the authors to 40 students at Rajamangala University of Technology Isan Surin campus. It aims at getting their general responses to different questions on vocabulary learning and vocabulary memory strategies they favor of the third and the fourth year students, Linguistics Department, RMUTI, Surin Campus.
