This method allowed us to separate the major toxins of
Alternaria, AOH, AME and TEN, by gradient conditions in less than
29 min and exhibited retention times of 20.4 (AOH), 22.4 (TEN) and
28.4 min (AME), (Fig. 1). To confirm the identity of the peaks, the
