At 180°/s, the SMUP of the biceps brachii demonstrated an interaction effect between group and duration of exercise (p < 0.05), but no effect based on group or duration was observed (p > 0.05). Post-hoc analysis
showed a significant increase at week 2 compared with that before resistance training (p < 0.05), as well as a significant decrease at week 6 compared with that at week 2 (p < 0.05). The SMUP of the brachioradialis at 180°/s showed no change based on group, exercise duration, or the interaction between group and duration (p > 0.05). Post-hoc analysis demonstrated a significant increase at week 2 compared with that before resistance training (p
