As a first year of Customer Services Supervisor, my task is providing all supply chain support to traditional trade customers ( Distributor, Makro, Independence Wholesaler and Independence Supermarket) which its share of business is more than half of Colgate Thailand. My responsibility is to link the supply chain to Sales team to ensure the supply chain is aligning both internally within Colgate and externally with customers’ expectations. Providing a critical harmonize between demand and Sales planning to guarantee stock availability. In addition, contributing the ongoing development of best practices across supply chain and Sales team and ensuring collaborative supply chain initiatives are agreed, developed and executed with excellence. For 6 months joined, I have got promoted to Senior Customer Service Supervisor. In Mid 2014 I got an opportunity to responsible for the whole trade, it was very challenging period due to Tesco’s OOS trend was continuously increase. I bargained huge experiences of working for the whole trade of Colgate Thailand.
