It offers enough power for anyone who doesn't need a quad-core CPU or a dedicated graphics card, and it would be a significant upgrade to the existing system that's been around for a few years. Hint: Don't forget that the price doesn't cover the monitor though.
While I personally prefer a laptop due to its portability, if you need a small desktop to use as your primary PC or for your home theatre, you can easily hide it in a cabinet or behind a big-screen TV. The NUC is the best option yet.
