Ensure that each customer receives exceptional customer service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer.
Properly close out repair orders. Ask for assistance from Service Advisor’s whenever customer questions payment.
Collect money for repair orders, counter tickets, rentals, vehicle sales, and other cash transactions.
Obtain customer identification information on payments with personal checks.
Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise. Refer dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
File repair orders.
Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all quality control processes and procedures.
Work overtime and weekends as required.
Other duties as assigned.
