Wells in Agar plates inoculated with S. aureus
made with the help of sterilized core borer. Nitrobacter
extract of different (5, 10, 15, 20 µg/ml) concentrations
added in wells with the help of sterilized micropipette.
The plates were kept in an upright position
in an incubator until the extract diffused in the agar
i.e. at least for 3-4 hours. After incubation the plates
were observed for zone of inhibition around the wells.
