I am writing to complain about the terrible organization of a holiday recently book
with Thai Treasure Tours.
My parents and I had chosen to stay in Thai Resort and Spa, Sukhothai from 20-23
November (ref: THNov2023) in order to celebrate my parents’ wedding anniversary
in tranquil surroundings.
Our troubles began at the airport where our outward flight was delayed for over
two hours. The check-in staffs were unhelpful and there was no representative
from Thai Treasure Tours present to help deal with the situation. We finally took off
at 5.30 pm and eventually arrived at the hotel in the evening, tired and frustrated
with having wasted the first day of the holiday.
The resort was reasonably comfortable but the food lacked variety and the service
was poor. Although advertise as ‘a stone’s throw from the historical park’, the
resort is in fact situated on the other side of a busy main road and is at least 30
minutes’ walk away. The souvenir shops in the resort were crowded and expensive
and there were a lot of noisy roadwork in the town.
Last but not least, the return flight was scheduled for 8.30 am which meant having
to leave the resort at dawn to get to the airport on time. As a result, the stay is
certainly not three days as advertised and certainly cannot be described as ‘a haven
of peace and tranquility’. I am therefore looking for compensation for the
inconvenience and distress of a ruined holiday.

Please be advised that we function separately from the courier, in this regard we do not have total control on the movement of the parcel and how it is being handled.
To resolve this we will be sending a replacement for you at no additional cost. The item will be re-sent via ชื่อขนส่งเช่น Thailand Post within 1 (เปลี่ยนจำนวนวันครับ) working day and items are normally delivered within 3-7 (เปลี่ยนจำนวนวันครับ) working days from dispatch.
For your convenience we will no longer ask you to return the damaged item back to us, we may request you to just dispose the item properly.
Should you not receive the item until 11-Feb วันที่จะได้รับของ, please let us know so we may address it accordingly.
