RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute Facebook's strategy and operations to ensure growth and achievement of objectives across the country
Develop, retain and motivate team while recruiting for new members and continually raising the bar for talent and capabilities
Be the face of the company in Thailand by raising public profile and delivering key note speeches at industry conferences and events
Manage revenue performance by providing timely and accurate forecasts, by having clear visibility on sales and revenue performance, and by actively managing the pipeline of opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with senior level clients by identifying incremental opportunities
Collaborate with internal and regional teams to ensure product improvement, process efficiency, and transfer of knowledge
Actively participate in the Southeast Asia Leadership Team and global teams where appropriate, embracing the company mission
QUALIFICATIONS
Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
Demonstrable relevant experience in marketing, media or technology and proven experience in managing regional sales and marketing operations
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills
Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve their best with a team approach
Strategic thinker with exceptional data analysis and analytical skills
Technical savviness and detail oriented is a must-have
Proven and consistent track record of executing against aggressive growth strategies and delivering against targets in excess of company expectations
Travel required
Fluency in English and Thai
