Job Summary & Purpose:
- This position holder has to provide best solution and remove all customer dissatisfaction, requirements and enquiries in order to keep their loyalty with company. He(she) has to manage and handle customers contact via call center or call directly including customer request from stores about Spot rewards card program. He(she) has to response all customer contacts within required timeline to ensure customer satisfaction with Spot rewards program and our marketing campaign.
- Manage customer database eg. Cleaning address, marking customer status, manage mail return are also under this position responsibility to make the database effectiveness and efficiency
- This position also help to coordinate with card stock control process/delivery from printing company to store in order to ensure that we have enough stock and support store new customer acquisition process.
